A friend of mine has registered her sister's bridal shower with Mr Price Home. On Sunday I went to MR Price home and was rudely told I can't look at the items in store and would have to check online. Upon trying to check online with the reference number it didnt work. I then called the call centre and was told that my friend would need to move the registry to the new online facility. I have been trying to purchase stuff from the website and the site is so slow. It takes forever to load the items on the registry. When I want to check out the items it gives options for delivery. I wanted to choose to collect the items in store. However it wants to charge me R39. What service are you providing that I need to pay R39 for when I'm collecting the stuff anyway? Then i decided i would just buy the stuff in the store without using the online facilty. I was told that if people just buy from the store, you guys can't track what has been bought. So there could be 50 people that buy the same gift for the shower, can you imagine the disappointment for the bride. You are forcing people to check online for the items and alot of people coming for this shower are old and dont have access to internet
