It is not a good morning for me. I am extremely UPSET!!! I have requested that my contract be STOPPED since end of April and only data bundles of R39 for the two Fastlink devices I have be deducted. Today is July and yet another debit order has gone off for R658. This is the 3rd month this has happened. Now I have been to Hello Peter, you guys responded 3 days after!!! Never followed up at all!!! The issue was not resolved!!! I have been complaining, no one seems to help. The two devices were cancelled and put of pre-paid on Thursday, without communication, only an email that said it was cancelled. This was after I ASKED retentions AGAIN THAT NO DEBIT BE TAKEN OFF MY ACCOUNT!!! Getting through to the contact centre is IMPOSSIBLE so I am stuck with MTN taking debit orders from my account. You don't want to give me a phone contract but is very willing to continue debiting my account for something that has been paid already.
Will someone please ensure that I get my money back urgently!
