I have been trying to do a sim swop since Saturday. I have been through two sims and been to the shop twice. I have called the 808 so called customer service line about 10-500 times!!! Every time I have to go through a security check before they can give me the simplest generic answer. The shop assistants at Soneike Center doesn't call back and when I visited the shop for the second time the two ladies that I spoke to were hiding behind the door and didn't even show their faces. I had to deal with the glib shop manager who is excellent at selling you products, and gives very concise excuses for anything else.
I am now holding for about 5 minutes for a supervisor (after yet another security check). I have been through their so-called procedure at least six times and nothing happens.
BUT HEY! MY TWO THOUSAND A MONTH IS NEVER NEVER NEVER LATE!!! AND THE R135 I PAID FOR THE NEW SIM IS ALSO IN THEIR ACCOUNT!!!
