I have a Laptop on contract from MTN (MTN harris, bloem nel center, Vryheid), and it was damaged, and under the insurance policy would have been repaired or replaced under 24 hours. but it's now 4 months and still no laptop, in the mean time I am still paying for a product that I do not have, and I am promised Daily that the replacement will arrive "tomorrow" or today.
