Bad warranty repair lead time

Good day HP

I bought a brand new Envy 15 (SER: 5CG3353L4T) laptop very recently. After having it for a short time the Nvidia graphics adapter stopped working. I phoned the South Africa call center and they advised me to book the laptop in with Ensure Services (Tel 0861826000). I did so yesterday but they were not able to repair it immediately. Instead i have to wait 7 - 10 working days for new spares to arrive and if that solves the problem my laptop will be fixed.

The only problem is that i am an consultant and without my laptop i can not do my work and can not generate income. This is totally unacceptable to purchase a laptop for R15000 and then after a short while it breaks and i have to wait for a long time to get it repaired.

The people at Ensure tells me that i can have my laptop for time being and use it till the spares arrive. The only problem is that i can not use it for what its intended for with the main graphics card not working. Next week i will be leaving for Cape Town and what then. I need my Laptop repaired or replaced by the end of the week.
