NO DELIVERY OF SERVICE

7Nov ordered Internet was promosed within 7days I will get a sms confirming the instilaltion date&within 21days Installation will be done 15 Nov Spoke 2 Thambeka she promised within 24Hours I will receive the SMS, which I have not received yet 19 Nov Spoke to Charlotte she was very unhelpful, but did say her supervisor would phone me that same day, which never happend 20 Nov Spoke to Sikile, he put in a Request for 1 of their Technitians, Sandy 2 follow up on our installation, and that they will get back to me, which did not happen 21 Nov Spoke 2 Zanele, she said that they R working on my request & will send me an SMS shortly, which did not happen 26 Nov Spoke 2 Sam, said Sandy will get back 2 me with a Installation date She did not get back to me 27 Nov Spoke 2 Dane Apparently our request was locked by Antoinette they referred us to her supervisor Mrs Davids 28 Nov Spoke to Mrs Davids - will phone back as soon as she has more information 4 us, which she did 28 Nov Phyllis phoned to confirm instillation will be done on 4 Dec as well as 2 other people confirming this, today 4 Dec THEY TELL ME THAT OUR REQUEST IS FLAGGED AND HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEIR PORT, SO NO INSTALLATION
