About 2 wks ago I called for a line in my flat. I spoke to an agent called Thuli who did my application. I asked about a date as to when installation would be done and she was not able to confirm except for the normal 21 working days response. I asked if it could be done sooner and she said she would mark the request as urgent and that I would recieve a SMS with a date. 2Wks later and no SMS I call back and spoke with Savio. He asks if I have not been contacted by a technician, which gives me the impression I should have been contacted. Then after a long while he tells me the date is 15 Jan. I tell him its too far and ask for one sooner. He says, whch Thuli did not mention, he can make it urgent, but I wil lnot be confirmed for a date. So I tell him, that this was not explained to me and I want one sooner, as if I received a confirmed date it would be 2 weeks sooner then. He says theres nothing he can do and there no one that can do anything. I ask to speak to a supervisor and after holding over 5min he tells me the supervisor Enjabulo is busy and will call me back. 24Hrs later or so and no call as yet. I would apreciate if I can get a call for instalation. Ref: CM1088749
