On the 28th December 2013 i purchased an OVHD decoder from Hyper Ottery, the same day sms'd the voucher code for installation as instructed on the voucher, and no response a week later I called Ellies/Elsat spoke to a gentleman who said they did not even have any of my details on their system, he took my details again with voucher code, said I will receive a sms confirming installation details along with the installers contact info, guess what, no such sms received upto the 15th Jan 2014 I called in again spoke to a gentleman by the name of Luvo which again said they have no record of any of my details, once again I have supplied them he was supposed to call be back at 6pm after work once I was home to get some details of the decoder... no call at 6pm pathetic not to say the least but i called again today 16th Jan 2014 08:40am spoke to him, he had no excuse for not calling but yet again said he will make sure he get hold of the installer to arrange an "urgent installation" whatever that means and get back to me in 30 min, once again this did not happen - serious lack of service and Incompetency something needs to be done about this poor delivery service
