Telesure has been deducting Tracker amount on my account since October 2011 until to date. I Phoned to request a refund two weeks ago and I spoke to Shanette who promised that it the request has been forwarded to refunds department. I phoned again on 25/10/2013 and spoke to Brandon who was very effective in his service and he promised that he has sent it and I believe him because I received an sms confirming. Today I spoke to Pearl who said there is nothing she can do on her side. I hate being taken from pillar to post and running in cycles with no assistance. I need to know if this money will be refunded on not - bearing in mind that your company has been growing with my money for services that you never delivered on. This is a second similar incident and no communication
