Still deducting money in my banking account

I have been having an contract with Virgin Mobile I only used their phone for less than a year nevertheles I paid until i finish my contract. mid this year I called them asking to renew a contract and they said I am not eligible then i requested them to cancel my contract. Last month debit order went through on my account amount of R1200.00 i dont know what is if for and no one who called me telling me what is going on. I reversed debit order but i want you to clear my name and I dont want your company taking money in my bank account.
