I had a complaint last month that Cell C has allowed get it to debit my account on their name. I logged a complaint with Hello Peter and they came back to me. The customer service agent promised me they will cancel get it and that I will get my refund, he then gave me two reference numbers one for cancellation (6362441) and the other for a refund (6290743). At first they debit an extra of R78 and now an extra of R39 which totals to R117. This means Cell C made a false promise, all I want is my money back and I cannot wait another 30days to be refunded they will have to do it sooner like they did with my debit order. Otherwise I will have to report them to the FAIS Ombudsman for failure to disclose information they were supposed to have disclosed in the first place.
