I have been a victim of crime on the 24-08-2013, all my belongings and handbag was. I have only one phone left. I have phoned Vodacom to blacklist the phones that was. They have blacklisted the only phone I have left and been struggling since the 28-08-2013 the evening to unblacklist my phone.
I have filled in a form and emailed it to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] on the 29-08-2013 early morning hours. Since this was not my fault and Vodacoms fault, I needed my phone unblacklisted ASAP as I have nothing left only the phone. I have phoned customer care about 6 times on the 29-08-2013, and the only answer they have is that I have to wait 24 to 48 hours. I have explained to them this is not my fault this is Vodacom's fault but there is no mercy for me I have spoken to supervisors the lot no HOPE!! I am really disappointed in Vodacom's services in regards to this issue because I am not in the wrong and there is just no mercy for me!!!
