I recently upgraded my contract and received my phone with no issue but on Saturday I just lost service on my phone when I managed to get to the call center I was told that it will only be temporary as they are moving on to the new package. Which was fine and logical in a way, but it's Wednesday and I still don't have any network on my phone.
I have tried on several occasions to log a complaint via email and the ever so efficient call center I waited for 26 minutes to get to a agent using a friends phone which is pre paid and after she heard I was a contract customer she said please hold I will transfer you and the call was cut.
I need my phone for work and obviously personal use VODACOM!
You will not be able to contact me as I don't have any service I logged a fault this morning but I feel 5 days is enough leniency even for you!
This better be rectified or I WILL CANCEL MY CONTRACT!!! YOU WILL NOT SUMMON ME BECAUSE I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE YOU ARE NOT PROVIDING WHAT ME OFF MORE I WILL STILL HAVE TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT FOR A WEEKS SERVICE!!
My phone shows signal but says emergency calls only and not registered on network. YOU CANT CALL ME because I don't have service!!
