Staff Have No Knowledge of Own Product

I contacted Game Potchefstroom about a Cell C contract on a iPhone.

The staff told me that Game does not offer Cell C contracts, but that they have stock of the iPhone

The staff member clearly has not knowledge of her department and has reported false information.

I would like to apply for a Cell C contract, but it would appear that Game is not interested in customers.
