Sat 23/02 I signed a Cell C 2gig R99.00pm contract for my iPad at Nashua Mobile Somerset Mall. I was promised the SIM will be activated the next day.
Friday 01/03 the SIM was still not activated. I phoned & spoke to Ansie who is completely and utterly out of her depth as far as customer service is concerned. She kept on telling me it is something I am doing wrong and/or the SIM is broken. I then spoke to Dwayne later who promised to phone me back & I am still waiting for that return call. In fact, I am still waiting for any of their calls as I had to do all the calling!
Eventually I suggested they give me a new SIM. My wife went to pick it up. I established it was the wrong SIM and she had to go back again and pick up another SIM which was also the wrong SIM. By this time Ansie was very annoyed with me as I was an interruption to her glorious day.
Sat 02/03 I went into the store and demanded that my contract be cancelled. Only at this stage did Dwayne want to discuss the issues with me.
This was my first and last interaction with Nashua Mobile and I urge all and be all NEVER EVER shop at Nashua Mobile - especially Somerset Mall as they do not deserve to be open and/or trading!
