On the 29th of November 2013 I bought R150 worth of electricy I was given the following receips
1. R100 PIN 8883 8033 3 SERIAL NUMBER 0001018491713
2. R30 PIN 4114 00072 6 SERIAL NUMBER 0001017994863
3. R20 PIN 6132 1880 9 SERIAL NUMBER 0001018564232
My electricity meter number is 07040391877.
I have not received my electricity tokens cause I subsequently get an sms notification that says "your meter is not active contact your municipality to resolve" which is a suprise cause my meter is working fine, I know this cause on Sunday I bought R50 worth of electricity and I received my token promptly.
Please resolve this and if you are unable to give me refund of R150.00
