FAILURE TO RESPOND AND BLACKLIST CELLPHONE

I have an Autopage account 1.10851067, on the 8th of November i was involved in a smash and grab, and my cellphone was, i then went to Autopage in Smith Street on the 9th to Blacklist the cellphone and do a sim swop, which was done. However, 3 weeks later i am still awaiting my ITC number, because i need to get a statement done and proceed with my insurance claim. I now get told that the IMEI number does not match what they have on the system, and the sim card was not present in there. This is absolute rubbish. As this was the exact same cellphone i was supplied from the store, a Blackberry Bold 9900. I know have to prove to them that the cellphone that was was the one from the store. Why dont you prove to me that it was not. The only reason why they are doing this, is because they know there will be an insurance claim coming through and they are doing everything in their power to avoid that. I have requested reports to show me the IMEI number i supposedly have, who is using that and i am still waiting. If you think that i will accept this rubbish think again, I WILL ENSURE THAT EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT THIS and IT WILL HAPPEN. Unless this gets sorted out. NOW!!!
