I purchased a cellphone at Totalsports in Alberton on the 31st of December 2011. I called their store on the 26th of March 2013 requested the IMEI number of the phone so that I can blacklist it but I was told that they can't help me because they are short staff, I called again and they gave me the same excuse. I'm currently unable to blacklist this phone because they can't provide me with the IMEI number.
