Shocking Service/ No one wants to help

No feedback or Response on my Mails or Calls. No one will help or that blame for the problem at hand. I takes Nashua Mobile to tell me that I can't use the 1st as a debit order date. Now my account is in the red and I'm a bad payer. Shocking I tell you. I have send 3 mails to Alberton City Branch today (2013/12/03) no reply. I have Phoned them but no one can help. This is the most shocking service I have ever seen.
