An amount of R89 was debited from my account on the 30th and 31st of August and the notification only came through today. I contacted FNB and they said I should contact the following number 0861135791. I got through to stratcol and was told to call Top Adz on 0318235606 or 0318376014/5. I am still trying to get through. I have no idea where this company got my banking details from but I had to put a stop order on it. This is, they they have no right to just debit money from people's accounts without their permission!
Who else can I report this to? What if they debit money from my account again but with a different amount? How can this company be stopped?!
