Wrong info provided, now I have to pay

I spoke to a person on the Afrihost website on their "live chat" feature last week. I wanted to change my package from 2MB Uncapped to 2MB Capped 75GB. This person told me how to do that and I did. Apparently now it created a second account and now I am being billed for the old package and the new seeing that it was done after the 25th. I specifically asked that person if I will be billed for one or both and he said NO and he didn't mention anything about the 25th. Now I have to pay for two accounts of which I can only use one anyway. That is totally unacceptable and all you can say is "sorry". You need to give your people proper training in their jobs. Seems like everything that went BEE is going down the drain including your business. So Gian, if you read this, I assume your company is not going to refund my money so I am cancelling my account with you because I will not pay for your mistakes. If you do care about your customers as you say, I expect clarification on this and a refund for the account not being used.
