I called St Georges Square branch on 02/12 about my Samsung S4 (6 months old) which is faulty, the lady that helped said they do not give loan phones even after I told her that my husband works out of town and im alone with two children, I can't go without a phone. She was going to follow up on repair time and comeback to me. On 03/12, I called again. Spoke to a male who said all info yesterday was wrong. Also said no loan phone. I have to do sim swop AT MY OWN EXPENSE to use an old phone. Phoned callcentre, spoke to Tebogo, he referred me to Marinus, Repairs Manager. After explaining my problem, Marinus promised to make a plan and said I must give him a few hours, he will definitely let me know BEFORE the end of the day. Well, it is Thursday, still no reply. Still have faulty phone, and I still cannot take my phone in for repairs, I cannot get hold of Marinus. With me travelling next week, I cannot go with a faulty phone as I cannot read an email without my battery draining down.
