Poor service (SIMSWAP)

I did a sim swap with mtn at standton city on Saturday 30th nov 2013, still today my simcard is not activate call the mtn call centre still no solution and call the store manager and told me the person who helped me is still on lunch, i guess lunch is not over, tried call with no luck, worse service in the world
friendly advice mtn worse service and network in the whole of SA
