MY PHONE WAS AND I HAD TO DO A SIM SWAP ..THEY TOLD ME AT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK IN 2 TO 4 HOURS TO ACTIVATE MY NEW SIM... MORE THAN 24 HOURS LATER AND SIX PHONE CALLS TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT STILL NO CALL FROM SIM SWAP DEPARTMENT... NO SUPERVISOR IS AVAILABLE TO HELP... HELP US IN A WORLD FULL OF INCOMPETENT WORKERS THAT A SIMPLE THING LIKE A SIM SWAP CAN'T BE HANDLED WHAT'S WORSE IS THAT EVERY TIME I CALL I HAVE TO GO THROUGH A TORTUROUS SECURITY CHECK QUESTIONS... FOR 'S SAKE DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT'S GOING AT THIS COMPANY IS THERE ANY STRUCTURES IN PLACE OR DO I HAVE TO KEEP CALLING THE CALL CENTRE. IN THIS COUNTRY IT'S A SIN IF YOUR PHONE GETS... WHEN IT'S TIME FOR CELL C TO COLLECT MY DEBIT ORDER THEY NOT EVEN ONE SECOND LATE ..WHAT'S WORSE IS THAT SO MANY OF MY PATIENTS CALL ME ON MY CELLC NUMBER FOR EMERGENCIES.
