I have attempted to cancel my contract four times now, once in store and I have had to phone three times!!! I have been debited, had to send the debit order back and waste so much time phoning them to sort it out every single month now, not to mention the banking costs I need to pay for the debit order to go off and to be sent back. MTN's service and communication skills are up to and I am so fed up right now I could cry. I will NEVER again open a contract with MTN. This is!!!
