So Fed up amounts different every month

So fed up with DSTV that I will tell everyone I know not to get it because its just a nightmare. Every single month we have had a different amount due that they debited us, when we request them to cancel the debit order they still go ahead and take amounts. Eventually we get the debit order cancelled however now they want to charge us R 100 more because we cancelled debit order. DSTV is such a rip-off and don't bother listening to you. They never told us there would be additional costs if we cancel debit order so we the client are inconvenienced again.
