Mweb's customer care is non-existent. Since 8:00am this morning (3 Dec 2013) am trying to get through to their help desk, sales department. In March this year I applied for a NEW 4MB ADSL LINE - which is bonded with our current 4MB line, in the contract they said that there is a promotional gift (IPAD3) that comes with this NEW application, I marked the IPAD3 option. When I enquired about it a month later - they said the account should run for at least 2 months, to prevent people from getting the gift then cancel their accounts. I have followed up with them - with no feedback whatsoever. It is 5 months since my last communication with them, a lady promised that she will PERSONALLY take care of this - WELL 5 (FIVE) months has past and I still haven't heard from them -
