Garment was bought on the 05.05.12 at Sabah Collection phoenix Durban. When inspecting it at home in Richards bay we found the garment defective. On the 18.05.12 the garment was returned to Sabah Collection phoenix and the shop manager issued a credit note to the value of R1050.00. The credit note was issued after refusing to refund the money. On the 27.10.12 we returned to the same shop to see if we could find a garment to our needs which we did not find we however purchased items to the value of R630 against the credit note leaving a credit of R420 on the credit note. On the 09.02.13 we returned to the store only not to find any garments to our satisfaction and was told to come back on next trip. On the 07.09.13 when we finally wanted to have closure on the credit we were then were told that they will not honor the remaining credit of R420.This is not acceptable, what happens to the recovery owed to me? Why can I not get paid the remainder of my credit note?
