This is highly unacceptable where your agent Sithembile Maguthswa whom i had to explain to her what exactly i wanted done on my account with TelkomMobile on the 22 Nov 2013. i have 3 contract lines open with your company i had requested for a debit order to go off on this particular number 0817604096 with a different account/bank and with the other 2 numbers a normal debit order to run off my account. she then went on to speak to her manager and said "yes mam we can do that for you, i will open up a case for you and someone will contact you in 48 hours." and i thought okay, wow lovely. i then called in today and spoke to another agent who sent me my statement, i noticed that Sithembile had requested for another line to be opened on the same number 0817604096 which means im paying double for the phone for the "mistake" Sithembile made! i know from the day i had taken out this contract i paid R396.50 now all of a sudden i am paying R706.84. i want this to be rectified immediately or else i will refuse to pay for something i am not using. this is unacceptable.
