VERY POOR SERVICE DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER CARE

We recently migrated our lines from another service provider to MTN and it has been!!! Firstly the phones took longer than expected to arrive and when they finally arrived not all of the lines had been connected and it seems getting the lines connected is as hard as pulling teeth from a bear!! One of the phones has been and we were told that they would pay out for a new phone, its been close to 2 months now and we still don't have the phone, Jeez should I even go on? Aaron Mokobaki makes promise after promise which does not get fulfilled. it almost like he is just too busy to attend to our requests. We requested him to set up our phones to have limits TWO WEEKS AGO and to date we have not received feedback confirming that this has bee done. I've been asking for one of our lines that was ported to be reconnected as the SIM is not working, close to 3 months later this still hasn't been done!!! This is SO frustrating
