No Response from Customer Care Superviso

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years now. I have a 2 month old I phone 5 which i got on contract from Vodacom. The touch screen is faulty and not picking up my finger all the time. I want to bring my phone for repairs/replacement but cannot operate without a smart phone, my business relies on it. I have been trying to contact Lionell on his email address, mobile number and land line number which I have from an email he had sent me earlier this year in connection with a compliment I left for a staff member but he has failed to return my 3 messages and email. I would like for a smart phone to be provided while my faulty phone is assessed or if my phone can be assessed while I wait for replacement. This poor service together with Vodacoms terrible network problems lately are making me want to utilize the consumers protection act and cancel my business dealings. I will take my business elsewhere unless a concerted effort is made to satisy my requests.
