For the past 2 months, my tracker remote has not been working. Each time I have tried calling the Client services department to log a fault, I have held on for nothing less than half an hour. This morning I have attempted, yet again, this time, even calling the emergency department to see if I get through, I am told I have to speak to the client services and she transfers me back to the non-existent department. I am paying a contractual fee each month, but not getting the service in return. This is unacceptable! If i don't pay my monthly instalment, I dont get the service, the fact that I am paying and still getting no service is absolutely appalling.
