After a telephone converstation with client services, I was told to please send an email for written confirmation to cancel my data contract. I did this on 26 October 2012. Knowing that a month is needed to cancel the contract I accepted that I still had to pay the monthly payment in November. But when the money came off in December and January as well, and I contacted client services again, I was told I had to speak to client services, and given the phone number I had already dialed. I eventually managed to get the contract cancelled going through a corporate sales rep that my company uses, but he told me that I have to contact the Credit Department for refunds, and gave me the details. Since then, I have phoned twice and spent between 30 min and 45 minutes on the phone each time waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Once, when someone named Aisha did pick up the phone - she transferred me to cancellaations, where I waited for another 30 minutes for someone to pick up. I cannot wait forever - I also have to do my own job - so how do I talk to someone to help me, if no one picks up the phone? And all contacts details on the website are phone numbers?
