The complete attitude change I have received from the client services department since mentioning I am canceling my contract has been shocking. If my mind wasnt already made up, it now is very made up that I will never deal with Nashua Mobile again. All my phone services seem to not be working (messages not being delivered, etc). When I ask for confirmation from the Client Services mail group on receipt of my emails I get nothing and then i need to sit on the phone for ages waiting to get through to client services. Very disappointing!
