I am just short of going to the FAIS Ombud! I need to cancel a policy and you are making it impossible! I do not believe that my broker provided me with accurate information regarding the cancellation procedure and consequences and is looking after the people paying his commissions instead of the client which is quite frankly in deep financial trouble at the moment. I need someone from Sanlam Head Office/Client Services to contact me without delay.
