PATHETIC AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

I cancelled my debit order 4 months ago. Vodacom keep on presenting it for payment despite the fact that I pay it via EFT. Now they have the audacity to charge me R100, 00 for returning the debit order. It is either returning it or wait months before I get my money back.

Unprofessional to say the least.

I lodged a complaint on 15 November 2013 and am still waiting for their response. On 15 and 16 November I received sms's confirming that they will contact me within 24 hours. They did not indicate when the 24 hours will start to run! today is 2 December 2013!
