Communications company bad at communication

I have a new Wi-Fi router that connects, but can't load anything. So I phone them. After 15 minutes I'm led down a path that wont help. I'm told she'll phone back just now. That was a week ago with no call back. Phoned again, this time I get put down after introduction. (to get to a consultant took 5 minutes to get to through comp. prompts.) Then I eventually found an email address (not on their website!) and sent an email asking them to get back to me. That was Friday, this is Tuesday.
Maybe they're all on holiday already. The lights are on, but nobody's home!
