I would have never imagined I would be saying this about Telkom, but I had an issue with my 8ta SIM last Sunday and I was surprised at the customer care facilities available with Telkom Mobile. I am impressed at the turn around time in getting assistance and feedback, it is much appreciated. Telkom's support service has improved greatley with the new systems and facilities available for customers like me.
I would recommend Telkom Mobile without any reservations if anyone is planning to buy data bundles. Awesome network and now aesome service as well!!
