I HAVE A BLACKBERRY 9780, WHICH I HAVE TAKEN IN TWICE FOR REPAIRS/EXCHANGE - WHICH I HAD TO WAIT /- 2 WEEKS EACH TIME.NOW THE SAME THING HAS HAPPENED AND THEY EXPECT ME TO SEND IT AGAIN FOR REPAIRS.I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT MY PHONE FOR 6 WEEKS OVER A PERIOD 4 MONTHS.I WOULD APPRCEIATE UR URGENT ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER.
