BAD SERVICE

GOOD AFTERNOON

5 WEEKS AGO, I HANDED IN MY PHONE IN FOR REPAIRS ONCE MORE, AS PER VODACOM HEAD OFFICE, WHICH IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS OF HAVING PURCHASED THE PHONE, IT S BEING INTO REPAIRS A TOTAL OF 4 MONTHS, WHICH I AM STILL PAYING FOR,

ITS IS NOW 5 WEEKS LATER, AND I HAVE HAD NO FEED BACK OR ANY THING, I WAS TOLD AS THIS IS GOING TO BE THE 4TH TIME THAT MY PHONE IS GOING TO BE IN, THEY WERE GOING TO ATTEND TO MY PHONE AS URGENT. AND IT WAS GOING TO ONLY BE 2 WEEKS, UP TO DATE, I HAVE HAD NO FEED BACK AND STILL WAITING FOR THE PHONE. THIS IS NOT ON.
AS VODACOM IS THE NETWORK TO BEEN ON, I DID NOT EXPECT THIS FROM VODACOM AT ALL. AS THE HEAD OFFICE WAS FULL OF PROMISES AND AGAIN UP TILL DATE, I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM AT ALL.

I AM TRULY NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. ONCE MORE I HAVE SEND AN EMAIL TO VODACOM AND AGAIN STILL WAITING FOR FEED BACK. AS THIS SEEMS TO BE THE WAY THEY ARE TREATING THERE CUSTOMERS.

I AM HOPING THAT BY COMPLAINING ON THIS SITE, THAT I MIGHT GET SOME ACTION FROM VOACOM.
