During October 2012 I upgraded and migrated my contract with Vodacom. I took the Samsung S3 and migrated to a SmartLite Contract which included data.
3 Months on and I see that the migration was not done. When I phone Vodacom about this, I get transferred between different operators and departments and eventually I get cut off.
I would like Vodacom to please attend to my issue, and I want to go as far as demanding that they back pay the extra costs I incurred due to data etc.
Vodacom, get your act together!!!
