I took up a contract with TELKOM/8ta end of Dec 2012 for a Samsung galaxy S3 phone, and I was paying R329*24 mnths. I only started paying end January as I had taken the contract mid Dec, so in Jan they charged me a prorate for the days I used in Dec and January, all this was explained to me. Every month they started debiting as agreed, which was the last day of every month as I also got paid on the last day. End of August however they failed to debit and when I called they told me they had bounced because there was insufficient funds, this was not the case because my salary had just gotten in. They debited again end of September double the R329 with a NAEDU ref no#, whereas the other payments had a TELKOM ref no" so I went into my bank and reversed this payment because I didn't know this ref no and thought it was a of some sort. According to me I thought they did get their money, but little did I know that I had now missed 2 months of my payments and no one communicated this with me not via emails or calls. I called them and spoke to a guy by the name of Sheldin Govender and he said my account was up to date, I later went to the store to find out if this was so and the lady at
