Cell c clients & dont know what they doing

First in 2010 i took two contracts 0749900612 and 0748043811 the first payment 01 september 2010 and the last of 24 months 01 August 2013 which i paid on the 27th july 2013. This year i upgraded with the special on the samsung galaxy s3 mini's for R199.00 top up. On the 03 August my new contracts started i paid R400.00 for both. Now they sent me accounts for R306.12 and R322.55 this is unexceptable. They also told me just like all the other complaints the discount wast loaded. Even with the discount that amounts is wrong. I emailed all the payments to cell c as my terms and conditions state a 24 month contract not 25 month contract and then when i phoned cell c on the 2nd of august the consultant told me my contract started on the 3 August. I am not paying a cent extra. I am very unhappy even after all the troubles with cell c activating stuff on my account en taking double payments i reported i decided to give them another chance and took another three contracts which was also a up coz the samsung tablet stated R329.00 when i got the tablet agents told me its a open line and i have to put a R50.00 block on the line which never stated that in the booklet. s4's also wrong
