Cellphone bill of R73 000 from roaming in Zimbabwe:
- MTN did not cut off roaming amount in terms of my credit limit
- R73 000 deducted off my account before feedback on dispute
- Warren Slabbert failed to respond to communication
MTN gets away with murder

I have been through your e-mail and understand all the things you have mentioned. I was fully aware of the cost for data which equates to approximately R106 per MB. There are some issues I have:

1. The data usage seems unreasonably high as I am totally aware of what I had downloaded / uploaded and this seems to be way off even my local South African usage. Your report indicates that I have used more than 700MB of data over a 5-day period. My whole family doesn't even use close to this amount over a similar period when at home using ADSL. (My husband and I do extensive work from home, and we have 2 children who use the internet continuously). Even if you look at the details of your spreadsheet, there were periods where I supposedly downloaded about 60MB in 15 minutes (about 10MB in 3 minutes) - I'm even doubt that my phone would have achieved close to tha
