NO FEEDBACK???

After writing my 2nd complaint regarding the same issue, i still do not have a solution.

Lauren called me on the 27/11/2013, said she was going to speak to the service manager and promised me a callback on the day. To my surprise, i did not receive a call. i then called the call centre on the 28 and requested that lauren call me back... but STILL no call back. i then called on the 29th, the agent said she was going to give me a call before close of business on the 29th, but i still didnt receive a call.

Is this what you guys refer to as customer service? where is the service manager?

Im still sitting with a broken phone that im paying monthly for.

Whats going on at Nashua Mobile???
