I RECEIVED A PS3 FROM NASHUA MOBILE WITH MY UPGRADE IN AUGUST 13, ON 9/9/13 THE UNIT FROZE. I CALLED HEAD OFFICE AND SPOKE TO A MANAGER CALLED "CHERYL". SHE SAID THAT I SHOULD TAKE IT BACK AND WOULD BE REPLACED WITH A NEW UNIT (REF. FOR CALL-3001595670).
I FOLLOWED UP BUT I COULD NOT GET HOLD OF THAT PERSON. I SPOKE TO 2 OTHER MANAGERS SHERYL AND ALVIN WHO SAID THEY CAN TRACE THE CALL BT NEVER CAME BACK TO ME.I HAD TO COLLECT MY BROKEN UNIT FROM CAPEGATE YESTERDAY AFTER BEING TOLD THAT IT WAS TAKING UP SPACE AND COLLECTING DUST BY THE SALES PERSON (ROLAND SOLOMON), WHO WAS JUST FOLLOWING HIS MANAGER'S ORDERS, SEARLL REICH.
I AM NOW SITTING WITH A BROKEN PS3 THANKS TO NASHUA MOBILE CAPE GATE.
