I've have had the worst experience with Vodacom, I opened a contract in August 2013 and they seemed and if it was a good deal until I realized that the were actually putting fees which I didn't even know about I refused to pay for two months and all of a sudden the deleted the number off the system and with that I would have to pay my rears go and pay for a new sim plus pay a reactivation fee .and and and which was never discussed when I opened the contract at the Vodacom shop in east gate shopping centre!!!
They gave me so much in the call centre, rude operators and clueless about any question I ask them...
With a result I decided to cancel my contract and pay it up.
PS Train your staff accordingly and then you wont have that much issues anymore.
