Wrong billing and bad customer service

I opened a data contract from Vodacom East London Vincent Aprk which had a 2GB contract advertised for R89 including the modem. When the contract was approved, they gave me the wrong package which was 1GB for R69 which is not what i had subscribed to. I had to call in to get the contract changed. After the contract was changed to the 2GB i was charged an amount of R119 instead of the R89 i had subscribed. i have called in at Vodacom and even the East London branch and i have not had any response from any of them as regards the wrong billing information.
