Unbelievable! Nashua Mobile send me a survey on my cell phone to rate their service which I clearly rated 0 as since the last post from a Bradley A. advising my query will be resolved (mine posted 24 July, their reply 1 August), I haven't heard anything further. I did get a call from the survey person who is very concerned that I rated them a 0. I told her to review the Hellopeter complaint and maybe chat to Bradley. And still no response from them. Vodacom, hope you're reading this as I'm on Vodacom through Nashua Mobile and maybe you can get them to sort their service issue out and alert them to the CPA requirements. I wait in vain for my R4000 that was billed due to their lack of client information.
