I got an offer of a topup contract which i accepted as i would b paying R60 to find out that is not entirely true ill be paying way more than that and the information of my contract is not true as i do not earn R5000 nor m i employed for 5 years at my current job. when talking to the person at contact centre she had bad attitude and i only wanted to understand how they got to R300 which will be increasing as i agreed to a contract of R60 monthly. not so happy customer will be terminating the contract and changing network as it seems mtn is not doing what it promises its customers.
